Next Steps

Following the consultation phase feedback provided via Representation forms will be reviewed and considered along with feedback from stakeholders.  The Neighbourhood Plan will be finalised and submitted to Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) for publication for a further public consultation.   Finally, the Neighbourhood Plan will be submitted for Independent Examination.  Once approved by the Independent Examiner Parishioners will be invited to vote in a referendum arranged by HBBC.  If Parishioners vote to accept the plan (a YES vote) by a simple majority, HBBC will adopt in and it will have legal standing.  It will then form part of the Statutory Development Plan for the area.
